Villa Alegria is a spacious, new and modern detached holiday villa with a lot of privacy.
You enter the house on street level. Here are the spacious, bright and air-conditioned bedrooms. All bedrooms with sea view feature comfortable beds with good mattresses and toppers and hotel linen, wardrobes and private bathrooms. All these bathrooms are equipped with their own hair dryer and towels. Towels for at the pool are provided as well. The bathrooms have a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom also comes with a walk-in wardrobe and a safe. On this floor there is also the laundry room with sink, washing machine and dryer.
With the stairs you come downstairs in the living room and kitchen. The living room is bright, spacious and features luxurious and comfortable sofas. There is also a separate TV room with comfortable sofas. The 42'TV has a satellite decoder. As a result, international channels include many Dutch channels in HD quality are available. From the sofas, beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. The modern kitchen is equipped with a large cooking island with Bora system. All fitted appliances are provided and of course the kitchen is equipped with plates, pans, cutlery, glasses and everything else you need. Also in the kitchen it is possible to watch television. From the living room you can open doors to the garden with the various terraces and the swimming pool with outdoor shower. On the terraces, located on the living room and kitchen level, a garden furniture set with table and chairs to enjoy the view and a snack or drink. If it's too hot then you can take a refreshing swim in the 'allergy free' swimming pool equipped with 'Clorador Salino' filter system. The water is very soft due to the use of salt instead of chlorine. This causes no irritation to skin or eyes. The swimming pool is heated so the water is pleasant in the spring and late seasons as well.
Of course there is wifi available in this beautiful villa.In short, a lovely house for a carefree vacation.
The house is very central just a few steps from the 'Golf Mas Nou' and the 'Santa Cristina d'Aro' Golf. The beaches of Platja d'Aro, S'Agaro and Sant Feliu de Guixols are 10 minutes away by car. The beautiful town of Girona and the airport are within 35 minutes and Barcelona with the famous Camp Nou, the Ramblas and the Sagrada Familia are only 60 minutes away.
