De omgeving van Lloret de Mar brengt veel variatie en oneindig veel mogelijkheden, zelfs om aan de meest veeleisende verwachtingen te voldoen.
Een kleine greep: Het werk van Antoni Gaudi, Salvador Dalí of Pablo Picasso. Het Romeins Tarragona, verklaard tot Werelderfgoed. Maar ook de kustpaden die langs rotsen slingeren en spectaculaire uitkijkplaatsen bieden, prachtige contrasten tussen de granietbergen en de blauwe zee met de intens groene pijnbomen en de goudgele baaitjes.
